Hi FB friends! So, I just had a baby last month, and while I tried my best to stay fairly active and continue my workouts throughout the pregnancy, I had a lot of round ligament pain that kept me from working out at my normal intensity. As a result, my core strength is basically non-existent at the moment. I'm really wanting to rebuild that deep core strength and lose the rest of this baby weight and start feeling like myself again. What would you all recommend to start getting strength and tone back in my core? I plan to work the FB Abs program but would like some suggestions for supplemental exercises as well! I'd love your feedback/ anyone who has been in the same situation and what worked for you. Thanks all! Let's keep grinding for that workout complete!
