Tasha Is PHENOMENAL

Below is the Tasha LB Strength Workout I’ve continued to push back on the FB Calendar. Yesterday, NY Day, I decided to hit “play.” Ohhhhhh mannnnn, I haven’t had DOMS this bad in a long time. I actually dread going to the bathroom, up the stairs or basically anything requiring the use of my lower body. I dare who reads this to complete it!
