For people with dysmenorrhoea

Hello FB Community,

I have been working out to FB for close to two years now.

I have to go easy on the week before and on the week that I have my period.

Is there a workout program I can switch to on these days without losing gains and motivation?

I do gentle yoga and go on walks. But it would be nice to have something more structured that can fit into a regular FB program.

I'm interested in FB Reach as well finally committing to a plus membership; trying to find the right fit as of now, in deciding between the two.

Tagging FB low impact workouts is a great idea.

Hope FB considers a structured program (FB Complete 2?) With options for gentle movement.
