New Plus Workout: Yoga Flow for Lengthening the Spine

Have you been feeling stiff or just overall tired lately? If you are sedentary for most of the day, you may be looking to release your lower back and revitalize your energy. By the end of this video I felt super refreshed a noticed a differences in my breath.
