Selecting the correct programme

Hey FB family,

Hope you are all well. I was looking for a bit of advise.

I had some upper body surgery which I am struggling to recover from.

I started to do bodyweight only programme to help, but even that has proven challenging and end up with a pectoral muscle tear.

I gave it 6 weeks rest now and been told by surgeon that I am all good to start again....

However the fear is real, even putting my arm stretched out over my head can be painful.

Any suggestions???
