FB Complete or FB Low Impact R2?

I've finished almost every FB program (outside of the first FB Mass and first few programs) this year, and I have two more left: Low Impact R2 or FB Complete.

I just finished FB Fit Round 3 and it was harder than expected, but I loved all the strength training and that there were Pilates legs. I wish there was more core work/pilates/mobility/walking workouts, but otherwise liked it.

I don't like HIIT and always make HIIT low impact when it comes up. I don't want to do long workouts for that often with the next program, and I want something less intense than Fit R3 in order to start the new program in January.

I'd love to know how the two programs compare!
