Set rest day to specific day in schedule

Hi there, apologies if this has already been asked or suggested, but I couldn't find anything related in the search.

Is it possible to schedule the rest day on a different day than the seventh day ?

So far it's 5x workout, 1x recovery, 1x rest, but I feel like 2 days in a row of taking rest is too much.

I'd like something like 3x workout, 1x recovery, 2x workout, 1x rest.

We can't move the workouts around, so sometimes I push the schedule back for the rest day and later back in, but I have to keep track of the recovery workout to mark it later on.
