Bodyweight Stacked Cardio Intervals

Featuring both low and high impact options, this workout is truly scalable for all Blenders. It contains one main cardio workout, an EMOM-finisher, and mobility cool down. Pulling inspiration from Nicole and Brian’s recent releases, we created a challenging, sweaty workout without the need for equipment or large spaces. 

As you sweat your way through this routine, briefly tune into your overall effort and consider how you rate workout intensity. Is it measured by breathlessness or sweat puddles? On the other hand, do you use measurements like heart rate, calories burned, or steps to gauge intensity? There are many ways to capture workout effort - high versus low impact, for example - and how you do so can influence your workout beliefs and behaviors.
