Rise and shine motivator.

I have purchased at least 6 different programs from FB 30, Blend, Fit, Strong, Low Impact to Mass. I've completed them multiple times and have now discovered my favourite workout combination. I love a good 30 to 40 minutes of hard weights with cardiovascular intervals and cool down/stretch finisher. So I've set up favourites when I am feeling less motivated knowing it suits my exercise averse brain and I'll feel better for it. I exercise first thing in the morning before breakfast.
