Doubt regarding the PFT

Hey! On the first day of the FB 8 week program Round 2 for Busy People, they refer to a PFT in the description given before the video.

But when I look at the videos, the first day only has a warm up and a cool down. Am I missing something? If anyone who has done this can help me out, I would appreciate it very much! Thank you!
