FB Program + Running?

Hello Everyone,

I love to run and usually run for at least half an hour three times a week. I want to incorporate strength training into my routine and was wondering which (or any) FB program fit this schedule? From what I've seen it looks like FB XT would be the best but I wanted feedback before purchasing. Does this program evenly focus on upper body, lower body and core? Is there another program that would better fit my wants?
