Just Completed 8-Week FB Reboot!

I don't know about anyone else, but 2.5 years of the pandemic has really thrown off my routines more than once or twice!

After the fun of the summer months (which we soak up as much as we can here in Canada!) I decided to tackle the new 8-week FB Reboot program to get me back into my workout routine and ensure I'm not just jumping back into strength and HIIT and hurting myself.

I loved it! It's definitely a slower start but I love that you can move around workouts within the calendar. I felt so proud finishing my final workout this morning with Tasha! I enjoyed the variety of types of workouts and trainers!

I hope everyone is having a fantastic fall and this can be a bit of encouragement to get back into a routine if you've fallen out. I've noticed my mental health getting better over the past 2 months as well and I wonder how much of it is because I'm being consistently active again.
