Halfway through FB low impact program

I'm so excited to share this update! I started the low impact program two weeks ago and I am already seeing a difference in terms of flexibility, clothes fitting better and overall stamina.

The best part is low impact doesn't mean low outcome. It's a significant burn!❤️‍🔥

Have lost weight and inches too. Three pounds down in two and a half weeks.

Cannot thank you guys enough.

*I also follow a vegan/ plant- based diet and lifestyle along with 6 to 8k daily steps as part of my Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) so am sure that this is helping too.
