Brisk walking while doing FB Fit Round 2

Hello FB friends,

I recently started back on training after a 8 yr gap :) I completed an old program I bought long time ago, fat loss and build muscle for 8 weeks and my body changed significantly. I then started FB Fit Round 2 and its going well.

I still have ways to go to be fit and achieve my weight target. My weight loss was fast the first 5 weeks(2lb/week) and then it stalled for the last 4 weeks. Its been difficult but I am keeping chin up and doing the programs and following healthy diet.

I have been supplementing the program with walking since the start. But I recently started faster pace brisk walking for 3-4miles every day. This is hoping to help with weight loss.

Is this too much while doing the FB Fit Round 2? I don’t want to cut any more calories and adding walking is my solution to start moving the needle.
