Advice on Sweat

Could I have some advice on Sweat? The programme and not the act of sweating - I'm already a pro at that... 😄

Does it have plenty of strength exercises included?

I'm currently doing Burn 2 which I absolutely love (the previous Burn as well), and I think the mix of cardio/hiit to strength is just great for me. Which is somewhat of a surprise as I used to absolutely dread hiit when it came up occasionally/rarely in Strong and Mass. I guess an old dog can learn new tricks. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm looking for a programme similar to Burn but still around the half hour mark. Sweat would hit the length requirement for me as I never do the extra credits (or Saturday's stretching 😳). But how much strength is in there?
