New love for pilates

Hi everyone.

Just popping into say I have a new found love for pilates thanks to Amanda's 2 week pilates program. I'm just starting week 2 and already see much improvement in my core and leg strength.

I would love to see more of these and the resistance band videos and programs in the future.
