For Kelli and Daniel - have you ever considered doing a program to supplement a running/jogging/walking routine?
Jogging is generally my preferred form of cardio. Burpees, mountain climbers, etc. are too rough on my core (I have a mild diastasis recti after 3 c-sections). Was wondering if you could do a strength training/toning program of shorter videos that could be tagged on before or after a 20-30 minute jog?
