April 30th is my Comeback!!

Hello Lovely Fbfamily!! I'm finally able to return to my workouts. I have some work ahead to build my strength back up and earn my StrongGirl status. I'll be doing Fb30 with low impact modifications throughout and 2,3,5 pound weights. My only goal is to get stronger and increase my endurance. Overtime 😉 Can't wait to share with you guys again 💖
