"Stubborn fat leg" syndrome

Hi all,

First time writing here! I've discovered Fitness Blender this summer and been enjoying the Reboot program lately.

Very happy to join the community.

I'm on a diet for a while now (well, ok, I sometimes cheat with chips) and I lost 5 kgs. The last 3 kgs are very stubborn and apparently they love staying in my legs.

Which program/s would you recommend to reduce body fat, lose those last kgs, and have leaner legs?

Reboot helped me get stronger and leaner (I'm 40 years old, 162 cm & 58 kg), and I wouldn't mind challenging myself with a harder program. (A harder one with less jumps would be great. Less jumps, happier neighbours :)
