Recommend a workout?

Soooo I'm really trying to get back into a good workout routine (I'd like to lose some weight that's my primary focus at the moment I also don't have any weights yet) but I need help picking a program. I have hypermobility syndrome and have dislocated my kneecap twice and now have some tiny itty bitty bits of bone and cartilage under my kneecap. I'm not in any pain tho! I generally am fine I just want a good workout that keeps my knee and ankles in consideration. Any suggestions?
