Which program for total body workouts in each session?

Hi all, so I'm just coming to the end of the Strong Runner challenge and thinking about the next one to sign up to. Ideally I'm looking for one which is a total body workout in each session, ie upper and lower and core. Normally I split my routine down so that each session is a specific body part focus (eg just upper or just lower) but I'm struggling to ensure that I'm getting a balanced routine this way, what with combining it with my running and fitting it all in round everyday life! So I'm thinking I would be best targeting my whole body in each workout so that at least everything is getting covered each week. Are any of the programs like that? Or do they all tend to focus on just 1 area within the scheduled session?
