New workout program idea

So I just finished booty and flex 2 week challenge and was thinking it would great to have both of these programs combined into 1.

So, basically one week could be lower, upper, lower, upper, lower, then the next week could be upper, lower, upper, lower, upper and keep alternating weeks. Maybe have a few optional core extra credits thrown in. I love strength training and would be thrilled to have a program like this!
