Spoiler Alert FB Abs Day 16 with Extra C. Challenge - Light Medieval Torture
If you're doing FB Abs, let me tell you that day 16 with the extra credit challenge is not for the fainthearted. I don't want to sound overly dramatic but I found it really tough. Sweat was pouring into my ears! and I haven't been so close to throwing a tantrum ever since I was a toddler. Fortunately, my adult self kept everything under control.
Now that it's over I don't regret doing the extra routine, though. :)
