Has anyone tried Reformer Pilates Classes? How did you like it?

I'm finding that Pilates and Yoga has helped me the most (in regards to back and stomach changes) after years of strength training and HIIT, so I'd like to try Pilates classes, especially Reformer Pilates.

What changes in your body did you see? Did using the Reformer help a lot? How often did you go those classes?
