FB 30 R4 and Benchmark Reviews

I just finished Benchmark today and it was great!

Both programs are easily the most balanced programs I’ve done so far - there’s a great blend of yoga, barre, stretching, Pilates, and strength training. Not much HIIT, which is perfect for me, but great cardio workouts.

I only saw a difference in my waist after months of working out with yoga. I also have more toned arms, legs, and my hips are smaller, too.

I realized that my perfect workout schedule is one where I alternate between strength training and yoga and cardio. I’ll be adjusting Reboot for that and starting on Week 4.

The only thing I’d change or add are wrist stretches and wrist friendly upper body floor workouts.

Overall, definitely a fave! A few workouts were repeats, but that was fine because I liked those workouts a lot.
