2 weeks into FB body weight round 2 but not seeing progress…

This is the first time I’ve properly exercised in a year. I put a stone on in weight and wanted to lose it. I started the program at 9 stone 11.1lbs and I’ve weighed myself today (for the first time) and I’m now 9 stone 11.5lbs. I don’t understand what I’m doing that’s wrong as I’m following all the workouts, doing all the extra credits, upped my step count every day, stripped my calorie intake back and I’m following a healthy diet. I expected to lose atleast 1lb a week and I don’t understand what i’m doing wrong.

I know that the scales aren’t always a true representation of your weight as they also factor in water weight / muscle etc… but I also haven’t noticed any difference in the way that I feel and look, my clothes still fit the same so it must be accurate.

Does anyone have any idea what is happening as I’m just finding it quite disheartening at the moment.

I know it’s all about small changes over a long period so I’m going to stick with the program and continue to eat healthy.
