Hi FB fam,
I did the most recent workout from Amanda - Low impact cardio and core. While the cardio portion was great (sweaty, sore but great), the core portion left me completely dying on the floor.
It's always been like this for me. I feel like I have no core strength at all and I am looking for a plan to build it.
Any workout or program suggestions for a beginner starting on a core strength journey?
P.S. I've tried FB abs but it was too advanced for me and I had to give up.
