New FB Plus Video: Total Body Pilates Warm-Up

Hi FB Family!

I hope you are having a great and productive week. Today, we are releasing my newest Pilates-based routine that you can perform before any workout!

Pilates Warm-Up

This extended warm-up is perfect for days when you need to take the extra time to get your body prepped and primed for your workout. You could also use this on active rest days or if you are coming back from an exercise hiatus. 

There are 15 exercises where you will work for 30 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. During the 10-second breaks, you can either do a few more repetitions, prepare for the next exercise in the warm-up, or take a few deep breaths to get centered and mentally prepare yourself.
