Frustrating Injury & FB Program-Advice?

Hi,

I excitedly enrolled in FB Reboot and I really am enjoying it. The problem is that I have a herniated disc that has flared back up again and my PT/Chiropractor is telling me to avoid bending of any kind for now while we treat it. I can't do rows, bridges, walkdowns, deadlifts, side lunges or even downward dogs.

I feel kind of guilty and defeated when I can't do the workouts as listed. Any advice?
