Hello - the new site is incredible and I've been really wanting people's perspective comparing various programs.. and now we have the perfect forum.
I've done FBFit 1 and FBBurn and FBFit was great, it has longer workouts (55 mins?) and almost always keeps the challenge and degree of difficulty up. When I was done doing that twice through, I wanted something harder but I was open to some shorter workouts too. FBBurn was really good but not a step up in difficulty by any means. These workouts are much shorter and the difficulty can be decided by how hard you go and how heavy you lift most of the time. But overall, the FBFit culminated in some great 1000 calorie workouts and other challenges to measure progress, so I enjoyed it the most.
Does anyone think there's a tougher or next level program on FB?
