Would Love a Non-Weight Bearing Program

Just twisted my ankle, and I'm reminded how I've wished before for a program that is non weightbearing on feet/ankles/knees that I could could do during recovery from minor injuries. I imagine it as a combination of pilates, seated/lying down stretching, and upper body strength that could be done sitting. Having it ready to go would help me stay off whatever is injured and yet not totally lose track of working out.
