Today we’re launching a very special (and highly requested) workout program series: FB Pregnancy

The series is broken up into four 1-week phases:

The workouts included have been selected to demonstrate appropriate training styles for your phase of pregnancy. Complete and reschedule a phase as many times as you need, or swap in similar workouts to add variety. We want you to feel empowered to make it your own!
