Monthly Vs buying packages

I have bought a couple of the 8 weeks 30 minutes packages outright. I like just bring told what I need to get done every week. If I go in and choose my own, I may be lazier and choose easier ones or miss a muscle group. Does FB plus membership have a set up that just tells me what I need to get done for the week that covers every muscle group and balances cardiovascular and weights ?
