FB low impact.

Hello Fitness blenders. I am having some major issues with sleep and they think I've got sleep apnea. I am just too exhausted to do the workouts I'm used to. I'm even noticing that my form for strength training is not so great. I've had to modify, which I rarely have to do. I am also dealing with plantar fasciitis and I'm thinking with those two I need to do calmer workouts for a while. This will totally drive me nuts. Are these workouts challenging and will ensure a good sweat session without the impact?
