Looking for my next program

Hi 👋 I’m just finishing up Low Impact 2 program, and I did the Reboot challenge before that. I’m looking for my next program to schedule on the calendar and I’m ready to ramp it up a bit! I’m thinking either FB Strong or FB 30. My goal is to get stronger and decrease some fat. I would love your suggestions! TIA 😁
