Beginner programs?


Could someone explain some of the programs to me?

As a very out of shape and overweight beginner, what are good programs? I'm just about to finish Low Impact R2 and probably redo it, and I can buy more programs but don't know that I want to subscribe for Plus.

Some programs are for purchase, while others are plus. Can I still buy the programs without plus, and see all the videos included (even if they are plus?) in them?

What are the differences between Strong and Strong R2?

Has anyone tried the 2 week beginner FB plus challenges?
