Suggestions for programs to do by trimester

Hello FB family, I found out last week that I am expecting! It was definitely a surprise, but a happy one 😊 I am 36 with 2 kids (14 and 11) and I did not workout at all for their pregnancies. I actually only began exercising regularly in 2015 and have built up a very rigid and vigorous schedule of about 45-60 min a day 6-7 days a week. Nothing has been off limits; hiit, strength, yoga, pilates etc. I try out every new workout and program and generally push as hard as I can. I actually had FB Benchmark set on my calendar for this Sunday. My question is, should I clear it from my calendar and try something lighter? I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that my body will be changing soon and I will have to be cautious and thoughtful with my workout choices. I will be 6 weeks tomorrow, so still very early in the pregnancy. Any and all advise would be much appreciated!
