What to choose!

I am relatively new to FB ( plus member). I train 3 days a week in a functional training gym and I walk 3-5km/day. I am classed as morbidly obese so still have some mobility/flexibility issues but working through these. Arthritis in my knes so lunges are difficult as are any workouts that have quick floor to standing changes. I have a set of resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells at home as well as a stability ball and booty bands. Looking for a program to fit in around my gym workouts. Not a big fan of cardio and abs are a weakness. Any suggestions to get started?!? Too much choice on the site and my head is swimming. Thanks in advance! :)
