Programs for traveling suggestions.

I'll be travelling and staying in hotels for two weeks in the near future and was wondering if anyone has favourite programs that can be done in a hotel room. I'll probably bring my bands with me but otherwise, no equipment.

I'm hoping to get a lot of walking in (I'll be in Glasgow and then London) but know there will be a lot of sitting too. I'm going to a couple of conferences, so I want to be sure to get at least a quick workout in in the mornings to boost energy and get my brain working.
