FB Burn 1 complete.

Hello everyone.

Apologies for not being particularly sociable on here recently, I've just been snowed under with work and university.

Today I will finish the four-week FB Burn 1 programme. It does feel nice to finish a programme again. It's been a good four weeks. A good mixture of HIIT, core and weight training.

I've substituted some of the core and flexibility routines for shorter ones as I don't enjoy 24-minute abs blaster routines, nor do I find 25-minute flexibility routines to my liking, so I change them to short ones, or I'll just pick a HIIT and core together.

I think FB Sweat is my favourite and I've done that programme three times. I'll probably always use it as my go to.

So, I'm going to start the Kettlebell challenge in a couple of days, before I move onto FB Sweat again and then we'll see where I am at.
