Workout Program Suggestion?

Hi there - I am considering starting an FB workout program as I have had a great experience with the free workout video thus far, but find myself falling out of a regular exercise routine so want to be more accountable. I want to work on building my strength and flexibility. I'm a petite gal so not looking to lose weight, just want to feel stronger and better! Any tips/suggestions? (I haven't worked out in a hot minute so consider myself a beginner still.)
