Suggestion for yoga "challenge" or program

Could I suggest a new 2-4 week yoga/stretching program. I would love to see Marina do this program where she goes from beginner yoga poses and progress to more challenging poses, something that could be done every day,

I would also love to see a short morning yoga routine with attention to gentle, blood flowing exercises that are just right for when we wake up in the morning, to head out to our busy day. Thank you for your consideration. Not sure how to "tag" Marina, or members of the content creators, so hopefully someone will see this from behind hte scenes.
