FB Burn

Hey guys,

Today is June 1st and and I'm back from my two month extended holiday.

I've done the FB Burn challenge but never the four week programme. So I'll start FB Burn part 1 today.

I enjoy these types of programmes the best. A good mixture of HIIT and weights and I can cycle when I want.
