New Plus Workout: “Standing Room Only”: Bodyweight Workout for Small Spaces

Greetings, Blendiez!

I recently put out a call for workout requests, and the Community did not disappoint. Here is the first workout (of many!) that you requested:

“Standing Room Only”: Bodyweight Workout for Small Spaces

I love the challenge of building something new to help you reach your fitness goals. Also, I wanted to be mindful of those who have returned to the office and need a lunchtime pick-me-up. There’s nothing more satisfying than knocking out a mid-day workout to beat that afternoon sleepiness! 

I failed to mention the best part about this workout - you’ll be battling against yourself or one of our FitnessBlender team members in a virtual Wall Sit Challenge! Whether you’re aiming for 20 seconds or 2 minutes, give it your best shot and see how long you can hold the wall sit position (or, “invisible chair,” as Brandon called it) without collapsing.
