What about a balance program?

I've noticed that there are several of us er, uh, seniors that do FB workouts. Yay for us! Anyway, I find as I get older (I'm 61 now), balance is more and more important. I was doing one of Kelli's workouts the other day, and she said something about really having to balance, and it hit me. What about a program that focuses on balance? I suppose it would have a heavy emphasis on core, but really, I'd think it would need to be total body focused. I have to admit that balance exercises are not my favorite, because I have difficulty balancing, but that just means I need to work on those more. Would anyone else be interested in a program that focused on balance?
