Happy Sunday Ppals!

Guess what my total body workout was yesterday?

I have been enjoying my own total body strength routine. Yesterday I took a break from it to do a functional workout followed by these two stretching workouts:

The first one is a new one from Nicole which hit the spot and added a Nicole workout to my week. After I wrote my 7 day routine I realized I didn't include any of Nicole's. The second one is a favorite stretching workout with Kelli to do when I have been sitting or hunched over too long-I've done it 20 times.

Today I am going to re-go over my lawn since there is stray tall pieces of grass sticking up through out it. But first I'll go for a Sunday walk and continue with day 5 of my total body strength routine which is a pilates physio ball workout with Amanda and a short abs foam roll with Kayla.

I am not sure about dinner as I am still having breakfast and my morning tea, Dinner will probably include left over sweet potato salad which was very good. The mess I made in my kitchen and food processer was well worth it

PS: We have had a slight break from our Saturday night group activity although Sharon did ask us to at least carry books around if we didn't have time to read. I accomplished that yesterday and even read for a short while this morning.
