Combing with gym machine training

Hi all,

I have a gym membership and I go thrice-twice on non-executive days for machine weight training. These are full-body sessions. Unfortunately, all things being the same, I'm not seeing the same results in terms of fitness, mentally, or energywise as when I did FB Sweat in the past.

I have paid for the annual membership already so would not like to waste it but I want to get back to FB Sweat/FB 30. Is this possible OR would it be considered overtraining and I should revisit the program after my membership expires. Time-wise, this would be split as morning and evening. Thanks and any advice would be appreciated.
