Two Easy Side Dish Recipes

Our Curried Sweet Potato Side Salad recipe combines fork-tender sweet potatoes with a rich, yogurt-based curry sauce for a quick but decadent side. Use pre-cooked sweet potato and make the sauce ahead of time to shave even more time off of the preparation process!

Our Cucumber Raita Side Salad recipe is based on the traditional Indian side dish. Cucumbers are tossed in a creamy yogurt sauce seasoned with lemon juice and cumin, and placed on a bed of baby spinach. This recipe works great with vegan yogurt, too!
