Which program do you suggest me?

I'm a student so I sit almost all day. I'm following a diet by a dietician and when workouts are too strong I feel too hungry and too Tired to not cheat. I'm on the third week of 3Ofit and doing the fit version I find a can't follow the diet. Which program do you suggest me? I search for a program strong enough cause I don't move a lot during the day but not too much cause if I'm too Tired I can't follow the diet and study
