Hi FB Fam!

I hope you are having a great week! I am excited to introduce my newest routine, released today. This one is all about the inner thighs!

15 Minute Inner Thigh Strength Add-On

I will be the first to admit that I am in a glutes-only mindset. What do I mean by that? I focus on my glutes when strength training and completely ignore my inner thighs. I have this concern that my inner thighs will overpower my glutes if I work on them too much. However, not strengthening them at all can create an imbalance. 

As a personal experiment, I have decided to incorporate some inner thigh strengthening into my routine. Most of you know my history of knee pain and surgery, so I am interested to see if strengthening my inner thighs makes my knees feel any different. 

I created this routine to be an add-on, so here are my recommendations: 

You can always use this as a standalone workout, too. It's an excellent routine for days when you are short on time or for when you want an active rest day.
